Broken Lower Jaw - Malunion (Malunion of Mandible)
Malunion of the mandible means the lower jaw healed improperly after a fracture, resulting in displacement or disfigurement. It is rated under DC 9904 based on the degree of open bite present. An open bite occurs when the jaw is closed but some of the front or back teeth do not touch.
