Loss of the outer ear (auricle or pinna) is rated under DC 6207. Ratings are based on the extent of ear tissue lost, ranging from partial loss of one ear to complete loss of both ears.

Loss of one-third or more of one ear.
30%
Complete loss of one ear.
50%
Complete loss of both ears.
